Personal and internal business use
Unless otherwise specified on a product page, a purchase of an original ChidoGear spreadsheet template grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the file personally or in your own internal business operations.
Editing for your own workflow
You may modify a licensed template to enter your data, organize information and prepare your own private reports or working copies in the course of permitted use.
Resale and redistribution
The underlying template or other source file may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, posted for download, or repackaged as a competing product unless a separate licence expressly permits it.
Digital books and third-party materials
Books and any third-party works may be subject to their own publisher, author or rightsholder terms. The standard original-template licence does not replace a separate third-party licence.
