Digital delivery
Products specifically described as downloadable are electronic files; no physical items are shipped. The product listing will state its format, inclusions and any material requirements.
Where a digital product is available for purchase, download instructions are generally supplied on the order confirmation page or by email following a completed checkout.
How to access the product
Use the link or instructions associated with your order. Save a copy of your downloaded files in a secure location. Verify that your software supports the specified file type.
Missing or inaccessible files
If a purchase does not provide the expected file, check the email address used for your order and your spam folder. Contact support@chidogear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
No physical shipping
Digital-only items are not posted or delivered by courier. Any physical product, if offered separately, will have its own delivery terms stated on the product page.
